Best way to perceive life....

In this journey of life, it's very important and essential that we consistently, rigorously and steadily perceive issues with an optimistic mindset and a positive light.

It's very vital that we continually see the better side of life; no matter the situation we are in, "things are going to get better" should be on repeat in our heart and mouth.

I learnt this lesson from mi Madre few years back.

In this world, there are moments where things will not go according to plan. There are seasons when the labour in our various fields will be gross but there'll be no sign of harvest. There are times when we will be tested and tried.

What should be our belief in such periods? What mindset should we possess?

See, a man or woman who accepts defeat is defeated already. A person who, due to the circumstances and pressure that surrounds him, believes that there's no hope has seized his journey to success.

At the end of every tunnel, there's a light. The man who doesn't see the light at the end of the tunnel is the man who is admiring the darkness in it. He's overwhelmed with the problems around him so much; he begins to lose faith that there'll ever be a solution.

The woman keeps telling herself, "I can never make it". The man keeps nodding to the voice in his mind telling him that there's no hope. The dreadfulness of being in negativity.

A positive mind is a focus mind. A person who is optimistic in tough situations has enough energy and stamina to make it to the end. He's like a wrestler who refuses to tap out despite being in a triangle choke.

In the eye of a positive mind, setbacks are only temporary phenomenons that paves the way for him to grow and to expand in understanding. Trials occur for his own benefit and development.

No wonder Apostle James told the Church in His Epistles to "Count it all joy" when they are faced with diverse temptations and trials. Why? It allows them to become stronger and better for the cause of spreading the Gospel.

Racheal Chinaza, in her book titled "GOSH! WHY DID I FAIL?", wrote, "Experiencing failure doesn't make you a failure but believing that you can't succeed anymore does".

For whoever that's reading this today, I encourage you to not give in to the challenges you are facing; be it in any form. There's a solution to every problem; but remember that no solution is found in a negative mind.

Keep pushing. Keep moving. Keep believing. You are becoming better.

KEEP THE FAITH!
